Reservations and Payments
In order to make a reservation in any of our Hotels, please e-mail or Fax per the directions below. Only prepaid reservations are confirmed All reservations must be prepaid 10 business days before arrival of your client. In order to confirm your reservation, please send the bank deposit slip to the fax numbers listed below. For last minute reservations, you will need a credit card number, which will be used To hold the first night only, until your bank deposit arrives in our accounts.

Canceling your Reservation
If your reservation is cancelled within 5 days before arrival of the client, and our accounts have already received your deposit, our accountant will refund 50 % of the received deposit. Reservations made in any other way will not be refunded. All refunds will be returned to you 2 weeks after approval in the form of a check.

| In the beautiful mountains nearby the National Park Manuel Antonio, we designed a Hotel with stunning "Garden Villas", surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and 2 pools with crystalline waters.
Our hotel has 10 Single Garden Rooms each featuring one Queen-size bed, cable TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning, private bathrooms with hot water and a beautiful porch towards the swimming pool and others with sofa arrangements and view onto the lush gardens, specially designed for this kind of rainforest environment.
Our 11 Double Garden Rooms feature with Two Queen-size beds, cable TV, ceiling fans, air conditioning, private bathrooms with hot water, two porches with beautiful sofa arrangements, one toward the swimming pool and other in the back part of the room. (7 of these rooms feature Mini-bar amenities).
We have designed 2 elegant Garden Suites, which consist of a grand living and TV room, decorated in a very elegant, comfortable style, including a dining table and access to a fully equipped kitchen. These one bedroom Suites are equipped with a queen size bed, cable TV, ceiling fans, air conditioning and telephone.
Our Drivers' Room is available for Drivers, Tour Leaders or other internal necessities in case of Group bookings.
You will find a common area completely open to the surroundings, containing a fully equipped kitchen for those in favor of dining in, a tropically decorated dining room and a living room with comfortable sofa arrangements and TV, inviting you to relax and make yourself at home. All of this facing towards the lush gardens, a BBQ and our turquoise swimming-pool.

Some of our rooms have two large French doors that, when opened allow the bright warm sunshine in and provides a refreshing view of the pool and greenery only a short distance away.

The crystal blue water provides a refreshing place after a day in Manuel Antonio National Park, time at the beach or a memorable adventure tour. A friendly gardener maintains the large private grounds of this villa, creating a manicured landscape of lush greenery with native plants and brightly colored flowers providing that jungle feeling right outside your door.
The outside world will be blocked giving you maximum privacy in this magical setting. During your stay at the villa stepping out into your private garden, you may be visited by geckoes, spot a slow moving sloth hanging on a nearby branch, watch monkeys leap from tree to tree, catch sight of colorful butterflies floating by or be entertained by whizzing hummingbirds and lyrical song birds.
Personal attention is given to your happiness with daily maid service keeping your home away from home tidy and clean. This gives you the maximum time to experience the many activities this area has to offer or you just relax in a peaceful setting.
The property is protected by stone walls and entered only by a private gate.
